Path of Exile 2 has hundreds of skill gems, supports and passives, and the usual sites only let you look them up by name. Synergy Wizard lets you search by what they do. Type “protect me for a few seconds” or “heal myself quickly” and get the gems and passives that fit, ranked by meaning.
